Purpose for Data Collection

The purpose for collecting data is the initiation, conclusion and execution of contracts. This also includes contacting the individual concerned for advertising purposes in connection with the prospective or existing business relationship.

Data processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract of which the data subject is a contracting party, or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures that are carried out at the request of the data subject.

Data Recipients

Recipients of data include internal bodies involved in respective business processes. Data processors within the meaning of Art. 28 DSGVO.

Transfer to Third Countries

There is no transfer of data to third countries.

Duration of Storage

The data will be deleted 10 years after termination of a contract. (Legal basis: HGB and regulations based on the HGB).

Data Subject Rights

You have the right to:

• Get detailed information about your personal data stored (Art. 15 DSGVO)
• Any corrections of your personal data stored by them (Art. 16 DSGVO)
• Deletion of your personal data stored by them (Art. 17 DSGVO)
• Restrict processing of your data (Art. 18 DSGVO)
• Object to the processing of your data (Art. 21 DSGVO)
• Transfer of your data (Art. 20 DSGVO)
• Launch a complaint to the data protection supervisory authorities (Art. 77 DSGVO)
• Withdraw consent (Art. 7(3) DSGVO).

Purpose of Providing Data

Personal Data is required for the performance of the contract. If this data is not available to us, the conclusion of a contract and the use of services are not possible.

Automated Decision Making

No automated decision-making is carried out.

Change of Intended Purpose

Personal data will not be used for any other purpose than the one mentioned above.
